In the morning of 18th November, the inauguration ceremony of the new energy vehicle electronic precision components and server precision structural parts project of Dongguan Zhongxingrui, a subsidary fo Ningbo Sunrise, was held in Qiaotou Town, Dongguan. 

  Mr. Zhai Yaodong, Secretary of CPC Qiaotou Town, cadres at all levels, customer representatives, supplier representatives, representatives from Inamori private schools, and other distinguished guests attended this ceremony. 

  The  new plant is located in Wuxia Village, Qiaotou Town, Dongguan, which is near to the east exit of Qiaotou highway. It covers an area of more than 39 mu, and the building area is more than 36,000 square meters. Its foundation was laid in December 2020, and it was put into use step by step in the third quarter of 2022. The new plant integrates R&D, mold design and manufacturing, stamping, injection molding, assembly and other comprehensive capabilities. The successful completion of the new plant will further expand NSR's capacity to meet the business needs of downstream markets.

  Mr. Cao Jun, general manager, on behalf of all the staff of Dongguan Zhongxing Rui, extended heartfelt thanks to all the guests. The growth and development of the company is inseparable from the care and support of all levels of government and partners. Dongguan Zhongxinrui will take the completion of the new plant as a great chance to expand its business to South China and Southeast Asia, which will foucus on new energy vehicle electric systems and smart devices. Dongguan Zhongxingrui will make every effort to build a high quality, high efficiency, rapid response intelligent factory. in this way, it will contribute to the development of a better NSR.

  Mr. Chen Songjie, president of NSR,  placed great hopes on the development of Dongguan Zhongxingrui. He said that this project was one critical part of NSR's acceleration plan of indusrtial layout and intergration, and in the future,  Dongguan Zhongxingrui would  be NSR's manufacturing and service center in South China. "Dongguan Zhongxingrui will be committed to becoming a highly intelligent automotive electrical parts/modules and 5G smart devices specialized manufacturing factory"，  Mr. Chen said, “The plant will strengthen the company's regional competitive advantage in South China.”

As the customer representative,  Mr. Tang, General Manager of Panasonic Jiangmen,   made a speech on the ceremony.  He mentioned that Panasonic started its Chinese business since 1978, and so far, it had more than 70 subsidaries and its sales volume reahced 110 billion yuan.  In the last 30 years, NSR stayed one of the most important partners of Panasonic in China. Mr. Zhang, Chairman of NSR, had been insisted on NSR's company culture," benefiting others and creating values for the customers". Based on this spirit, NSR had provided Panasonic reliable vehicle products. "As the boost of the new energy vehicle market in China, Panasonic and NSR are facing a best growth opportunity together," he said,"I sincerely believe the completion of NSR's new plant will bring us more opportunies to work together. I hope we can work together to make more contributions to green China."

  Mr. Zhai , Secretary of CPC Qiaotou Town, offered his warmmest congratuations to the completion of the new plant. He said he was very lucky to witness Dongguan Zhongxingrui from small to big, from big to strong. In the current complex economic situation at home and abroad, he parised Dongguan Zhongxingrui's fast moving into NEV market and  contributing to the economic development of Qiaotou Town. He hoped Dongguan Zhongxingrui could take the chance to accelerate industrial upgrading and contribute to build Qiaotou into an advanced manufacturing town in the Great Bay area.

  Mr. Zhang Zhongliang, Chairman of NSR, expressed his confidence in the development of Dongguan Zhongxingrui. Dongguan Zhongxingrui had grown into NSR's strategic stronghold in South China in the last 21 years and it moved onto a new stage of high-quality development nowadays. "NSR is a responsible public-listed company. We commit ourselves to 'self-cultivating, family-regulating, enterprise-administrating, loving motherland and enriching the society'. Our goal is to build a centry-old enterprise, which adopts ‘the happiniess of employees and the delights of  customers’as its business philosophy. While continuously creating values for the customers, we pursuit high profits in a positive way. By this means, we better assume social responsibilities and strive to become a happy enterprise with healthy development, sustainable operation, challenging high goals and achieving high profits,"Chairman Zhang said.

  After the lion dance, the guests sent thier bset wishes to the company by planting "Tongxin Trees" in the memorial area. They wished the vigorous development of NSR's business and  the realization of the century-old enterprise dream.

In the end, under the guidance of the host, the guests opened the new plant of Dongguan Zhongxingrui. The inauguration ceremony successfully concluded as the red covering cloth on the plaquqe was gradually unveiled.
